    Am i TOO old and broke to go to a university?

    I am 20 years old and currently unemployed. I have no credit (no credit card new obama law) and would be open to get a loan i dont want to drag my parents into my responsibility so i will be waiting til im 21 so i can. I have no car (zero tolerance tickets[suspended license til 2012]) anymore...

    What would be the best college/university in Chicago for law, business, or...

    ...international law? I have been accepted into University of Michigan, however with my economical situation I cannot attend. I know it would be cheaper to stay in state. What are some good schools to apply to?
