    REALLY important question regaurding weightlifting, this could make or

    break my progress please help? OK, first of all i am eating the right amount of protien and getting the right amount of rest, but i need to know if i am doing this right, I curl 45 lbs for 10 reps, I DONT get the burning sensation many people get, next two sets i can only do like 7 or 6 reps...
