Im trying to send a file from my computer to my phone via bluetooth. It pairs with the computer but it wont send the file because it wont connect to it. When I try and send the file it says wasnt able to send because the device didn't respond. How do i fix this?

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the so called "Chirping" or "Beeping" when using the keyboard but can still have the sound on to hear when you have calls or messages?
