Its not in Accessories, its in control panels. Mine kept disappearing too, I think its a common problem. I use my monitor controls for volume. Sorry to hear about your broken Microphone - that happens too.

Low weights, lots of repetition, lots of variety - different muscle groups. Do forget your core.
