Extremely sharp headache starting at back of the head?
Just a few days back I experienced a very sharp headache while I was legpressing (520lbs). It was so painful that I had to stop working out and sit down for 30 mins just to be able to walk. It happened again today during incline bench press (154lbs) and it was much worse. I could barely walk...
