Hero TV looks pretty cool. Lots of my favorite anime and even Ninja Turtles. Though it's got a lot of comedy anime so it's kinda odd to consider it purely an action channel. I'd love to see a channel like that in the US and more or less... FUNimation channel does that just without tokutatsu...
