I use a Vista. I recieved a file from a friend, a photo, via MSN Photo Swap. When I saved it, it just comes up as an icon of a white page. When I try to open it, it asks which application I would like to use to open it. Always. I want to make it a JPEG file permanently. How do I go about that...
