I found a service pdf file from chrysler stating that my model could get the top tether installed for free. But It was written in 2000 does anybody know if they still do it for free.

Its not the fuse the guy at advance checked it. I don't know what is wrong with it, but it wont do anything at all.

I need to put a dog crate in it and don't own one yet but was seeing if a large dog crate would fit in it before i buy one.
