Everyone's pain tolerance is different so you will get many answers. I had all 4 pulled under local anesthesia and found it creepy (the dentist was swearing, sweating and tugging, ugh) but not painful. Got a prescription for Percoset so didn't have much pain, but found it a drag/inconvenience...
