    I would like to incorporate sprinting into my exercise routine, when should i do it?

    I usually jump rope for 30min. at night but i heard doing it in the morning burns more calories. So should i sprint when i get home from school, later in the night, or in the morning after or before jump roping? Also how often should i be doing this routine? How should i sprint? Do an on and off...
