I need to know if a Window Track Bar is the same as the Window Regulator. If not then what website can I get the track bar off of? I have tried ebay and everything else but no luck, all I find is the Regulator.

This morning when I started my car it sounded like it was wanting to die on me and when I drove up the road I didnt have that much power and it was vibrating really bad. I came home and found a Spark Plug Wire was messed up and the spark plug was burnt. I check them all and that was the only one...

I got a 1988 Chevy Cavalier Z24, the speedometer don't work at times but sometimes it will. anyone got a idea why its like that?
