I have this (embed src="02 lollipop.mpeg" />) put in my html notepad and a quick time symbol appears and I can't do anything about it. Am I doing something wrong?

When I put in the code for inserting pictures on my note pad, I check my web page and it simply shows a why square with a red "X" inside (you know what I mean?). It's done that many times. What am i supposed to do? here's the code I put in my file: <img src="021.jpg" alt="021.jpg"></img>
