    what can i eat instead of a proper dinner meal?

    i only eat my dinner at 4pm once a day. But this slows down ur matbolizm etc... and what not makes you fatter and stuff so i wanna make it smaller like snacking thought out the day instead eveey 2/3 what should i have for my dinner - what sorta foods?
