changed the lash adjusters with dealer still there, went away for a minute or 2 . came right back . I saw on line where they have 3mm hole lash adjuster . can some one help I am running out of money . Is it lash adjusters , valves, timing chain guide ?

I changed the lifters or (lash adjusters as they are called by the dealer) as a fix for the tappping but it still tapping . In during a search I came across lifters(lash adjuster) that have 3mm holes in the oil distribution hole verse 1mm holes in the dealer part . But I really want to be sure...
