    Does anyone ever wonder where that few extra cents from your Pre-Paid Credit/Debit

    card goes? That few extra cents goes back to the bank associated with issuing visa credit. Now do the math, all those cards out there with a few pennies or more times (for example) 10 million issued cards = alot of money for the banks and visa. I have not seen or heard of checks being issued...
