    Where in the UK can I buy/how can I make a full chaincase for a bicycle?

    I would like to be able to buy a bicycle that comes with a full chaincase. Unfortunately (sp?) they are very expensive. I've found a used bicycle that's perfect (£50!!! and in really good condition) apart from the fact that it doesn't have a chaincase. So what I want to know is is there...

    Can Photoshop Elements 2.0 open RAW images?

    I've been asked if my photoshop can support RAW images, but I only have a basic package - Elements 2.0 Do you know if opening/editing these images will be an issue?
