    I want to create an excel doc that can be viewed by location or by organization

    type. How do I create this? I am trying to create a excel spreadsheet for leads for a new company. I want to be able to list thousands of potential leads but then be able to view them either by location, organization or alphabetical or other criteria - how do I do this?
