Im a 15 year old guy in FL right now.
School is out in 2 & 1/2 months, I weigh 180 and i wish to weigh 150 by the end of the 2 &1/2 months.
Right now it is 04/06/10 and school ends 06/08/10
So its 10-15lb per month.
How do I lose 10-15lb per month, without any pills, teas, gyms, or DVD...
