I've seen that!! People just like to complain. I went to my Cricket store yesturday, and it's by far the best customer service I've ever had from a cell phone company. Verizon treats you like a nuraber. The Cricket store was very organized, and well thought out. The staff is very knowledgeable...

i mean you can look at the coverage maps... they both have them on their websites... but straight talk definitely beats cricket coverage wise, but i had straight talk and it was a mistake... the straight talk CS reps were awful, i don't mean the accents, i can get past that, but they don't know...

That title is a bit misleading....but I suppose most titles are.
