Hello, So I had a few questions about self-publishing because I thought that anything you self-publish (for arguments sake, lets say on a site like lulu) you can never get that book published by a publishing house, is that true? BUT! Then my friend who has self-published and has an agent said...

I was just wondering how you would address a king formally... would you say "yes, your majesty." or "yes, his majesty." ? What is the proper way to speak to someone who is a royal? Examples would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
