Ivwe played through Halo Combat Evolved a number of times now without cheats, but are there any cheats that aren't just for the custom edition of Halo? Please let me know and the first answerer to answer with the -console -devmode doesn't know what he/she is thinking of. :-)

buy a new flash drive, the computer thinks that it is not a valid storag medium, or the drives firmware only allows maximum file sizes of 1.4KB. The only way to fix this is to buy a new flash drive made in china, or buy one made in USA for $75 for 512MB.
