    How many grams of protein should i eat?

    I am 19, 5'10 weight around 150 and am starting to lift. i am vegetarian though so my problem is that i don't eat enough/enough protein and i am starting to workout (around 3 times a week). i was wondering how many grams of protein i should eat a day if i want to get more muscular.
