    help! my samsung reality is messing up!?

    i turned my phone off, then when i tried to turn it back on it went straight to the white Verizon screen. ive tried taking the battery out, and ive also tried charging it but neither seem to help. id really like to avoid a trip to the verizon store if possible. thank you :)
