I'm 5 feet tall, weight 115 pounds and 14 y/o.
I haven't got my period yet, so I know I still have a lot of time to grow,
but i'm also trying to tone my arms but I'm scared that I might stop growing because of this,
I'm carrying one dumbbell for both arms and this dumbbell weighs 6 pounds.
Help...
I want to tone my arms and belly...
When I get toned,will I look skinnier than what I started with or will I look bigger?
And If you have any toning workouts please share..(With one dumbell..Heh.Lost my other one)
