Okay so I am 28 weeks pregnant, and just after having sex i was lightly bleeding/ spotting- i noticed it after i went to the toilet and a light pinkish colour was on the paper. Is this cause for worry, my little one is still moving around and I am not in any unusual pain.

If i rub deep heat into my thighs and calves, will i still feel the muscle pain while i am exercising?
