My dog just took a flea medicine pill and now seems as though he isn't feeling well. Our vet's office is closed for the evening, and I was just wondering if I could give him anything to make him feel a little better.

If the recipe tells you to boil it for that long, do it. Some things need that time to kill bad stuff that can cause things like botulism. Yuk!!
