    ...it's on idle. Anyone? I have a 99' Dodge Caravan 3.8 L, and the RPM is too high. When on drive and neutral, the RPM is at 1500. I checked all the vacuum lines, and nothing is leaking or sucking air. What could this be? Sensor? Reset computer?
