I'm on Verizon right now and I already have a contract with them, am I able to get the iPhone 4 on Verizon on February? Do I have to wait till my contract ends? Or do I have to pay fill retail price for it??

I'm currently on Verizon right now and own a phone and currently began a new contract in December I just recently heard that an iPhone for Verizon will release in early February Am I able to get the Verizon iPhone even though I already have a phone and on a contract??
