    I have purchased a laptop I will need to purchase wireless router will this work with rogers internet?

    All Wireless routers work with all operating systems and all ISP's because the router doesn't care what OS or ISP you use. But, Rogers may be able to supply their own router, which is a good idea if you want them to support the router, too. They are not the easiest beasts to configure.
