    my sidekick 09 wont turn on why?

    out of no where its just went black and turned off. i tried take out the battery and putting it back it but that didnt do a thing. when i plug it in the charger the little orange light goes on but nothing else. i tried turning it on after a few minutes and nothing happened either. why?
