I've read the Penal Code multiple times and it is not mentioned, it seems to fall under Man Two, but case law appears to indicate that people have been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Criminally Negligent Homicide in NYS.

I'm looking for an author to start reading, preferably one who's written a few books, not just one. I LOVE prison- type books, but I'm also a sucker for anything Jodi Picoult-esque. Authors similar to Jeffrey Archer and\or Harlan Coben would be best! NOT Stephanie Meyer or anything like that...
