    Getting motorcycle license, first bike?

    I am gonna go for my motorcycle license pretty soon. The bike I want to start off with is a ninja 250r...I saw a used one, 08 or 07 i think for about 3500. I that alright or bad? (seen it at a dealer) Also whats the avg insurance cost for liability, 19yr male, in Chicago.
