how do i escape anvils ford in darksiders?
i just got the wrath shard in anvils ford near where the zombie guy in the top hat shows up but im stuck there. i tried going into the hollows but there are no vulgrim locations there. i cant get back to ulthane either. i just need someone to tell me how to get to a vulgrim location from the... -

i am trapped in anvils ford and cant get out. i am outside the place where
war fights the angel lady but stuck? i am able to get into the hollows but i dont think there are any vulgrim locations there. i have the last heart and just need to find a vulgrim location to give it to samael
