nahh! its not. my cousin is 13 and he is going out with a girl that is 15. its fine. there is nothing wrong with it. it seems weird becasue its a yound age.. but if have noticed there are alot of people in relationships where its like the girl is 27 and the guy is 24 .and it doesnt seem weird...
