    Anyone know this TV series? Really odd style, sort of half-animated, half cgi?

    So it was like a military dictatorship or something? And their were these guys who went below the ground and were being mutated by some like green lake or something radiocative maybe. It made them look like they had leukemia but i think it might have given them strength or sosmething. Anyway...
