hi all - id like to know how i may add my own thumbnail images to files / folders .... example : i have a few folders with movies (they range in formats, but i dont think thats important)- i would like each file or folder to display an image of my choice of a relevant dvd cover / movie poster...

hi all...... ive seen screen shots of peoples desktops on the internet or while watching youtube video tutorials and have noticed theres a gadget that monitors your upload and download rate. anyone know if they're accurate - or which one is best and where i can find it. thanks all.
