It all depends on how hot it got. If you are just talking about a few hours it will be fine but if was left out in the heat over night I would think twice.
What you want to do is mix up the milk according to the package directions then use as you would bottled milk. If it calls for a cup mix up a cup. I would add a little more milk powder, powered milk can be thin and watery.
