I jailbroke my iPhone but I don't really use cydia and it only makes it freeze up every now and again. I backed it up before I did it I just don't know how to get un-jailbreak it while still having my music and previously purchased apps Step by step instructions would be great

O.k so i downloaded spirit, and all was going good. Until the spirit thing came on. It had the jailbreak button but i couldn't click it. Below it said iphone 3gs 4.0.2 in not compatible. Is there another program i can use. Please help! I really need to jailbreak it. 10 points!!!
