    Where can and how can i learn to draw anime?

    No matter how much i try i just can't get even close. What free sites could teach me how to draw? Or how can i learn? Is there anything that would be super easily to start off with? (a certain someone/something thats really easy) or do you have an advice? Thanks.

    I need a little simple HTML coding help.?

    this may sound silly but im using notepad to create the site. I know how to code it im just not sure how i make the site. Say the sites name is www.ajkfajskfkjaldjkfjklfljljsaljkfa.co.cc how would i use notepad to edit things? www.asdajsdkadsjkjkfakjds.com (not the real name)
