Well first you have to find out for sure if you are. If so than go the the welfare office and apply for medicaid. If you are approved then you will have everything paid for. Before you go to the office I would call them and ask what you need to bring in to apply.

No that's not possible if you got a positive you must have already been pregnant. 13 days before the egg wouldn't have implanted itself yet.

If It was a faint negative then it's probably negative or she didn't have enough urine just have her retest in a couple days.
