I previously used Blackra1n on a Mac computer to jailbreak my iPhone, but the program hasn't cracked the bars set by apple on the 3.1.3 version. How can this be done? I need to get the iBlacklist app to block outside sources from texting my phone.

For a first offense, do you have to go to jail or can you get off on just community service and 6 month license suspension?
