i need the sony file to do something but when i looked i couldn't find the sony file can anyone tell me where i can find it?

So at this point i'm truly ticked off. they have known for over a month that today was the set closing date and decided just this morning to tell me that it wont happen till monday.... maybe, most likely... so they are in "breach of contract", while i have to foot the bill for another wire...
