The ligament connected to my pinky toe feels creaky when I bend my toes and is very sensitive to touch, this was about five days ago and it keeps getting worse? What do you think it is?

Does anyone know of places in Michigan where I can have then hang my pictures? Galleries, Restaurants, Coffee Shops? Yes Flo, And I don't really want to go around aimlessly and I was wondering if anyone knew of people accepting pictures at the moment.
