No. It's a function of your wireless signal. Are you receiving a strong 3D signal, if so, that's as good as it will get. Most "broadband" on "smart phones" isn't very fast.

Usually when they are being weird they want you to do a hot battery pull. Carefully pull the battery when the unit is still powered up. Wait 30-60 seconds, put the battery back and power it up. If it won't power up, then you need to contact your carrier (Verizon, ATT ....?)
