    implement it with a decree? I wonder what the President could do, if the SCOTUS rules his health care bill as unconstitutional. Can he issue decrees or executive orders?

    ...of us that have insurance? Our plans at work went from 90/10 with max deductible of $4,000 to 80/20 with a $6,000 deductible, and 20% more in premiums, all in one year, our HR said its because of the new Health Care law. I thought the law was supposed to fix health care, not make it more...
