How do i set my Xbox 360 to output in 576i/p? I only see 480p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p modes.

for e.g. i have a 2,4 ghz celeron core and a software to make all games run in software mode; will this make me able to play games that use 3.0 ghz like JUICED 2 HIN or NFS Undercover??
