my contract with AT&T is ending. i dont want to switch into a new phone. is AT&T currently offering anything if I continue their service without updating my phone? Thanks

I would rather "view" than participate in an AIM chatroom. I want to log into a chat ( a buddy chat room ) on AIM and see what other people are saying, but I don't want them to know don't know that I am there? Can and how do you do that? Help pleaseee.
