I recommend Macromedia products.. IE: Dreamweaver, etc..
Specifically look for the Macromedia Studio MX suite.
All code is written as you use the program to design the pages,.. can be very powerful.
Though it is always a good idea to learn some basics of the code as you design,.. but isn't...
MSpaint is not the best graphics editing program out there.. as we all know :) -- But it is handy. Try this:

4GB is plenty to 'equal' that number. But the answer is NO amount of readyboost flash will equal any amount of true -onboard- RAM.
Flash memory is limited.
A) The clock speeds on a flash chips are much slower than that of a typical RAM stick.
B) The USB connection limits this even further...
