If Im using a prepaid phone (net10) that has a t-mobile sim card in it (that's what the invoice said) and it works where I live, then will a t-mobile prepaid phone (which I assume come with t-mobile sim cards) work where I live? Does the sim card determine who's tower the signal comes off of?

with mac I usually just wear the pigments or shadows.. urban decay has a great cream shadow that had primer potion built into it. You can get UDPP in SIN which is a shimmery pink color so you can use it as a regular primer or just when you want a dash of color with a lot of staying power...
