i think a rebel is gonna be too small for you. Look at the ninja 250r. i don't know if you're into sportsbikes or not but its not a cramped bike at all. my wife is 5'10'' and she fits fine. I'm 6' and I fit comfortably on it.

i'm looking for a device or tool that will clean lots of mud and seaweed off of a 3/4" to 1" cable. i'm looking for something that will hook onto the cable or go around the cable that can be pulled to cut and clean off mud and thick seaweed and stuff off bridging anchor cables.
